While we hope you will be satisfied with each and every product purchased on our website, if you wish to return a product to us, we offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on any defective merchandise returned to us in it's original packaging - The return courier fee will initially be for your account, but will be refunded to you if the product is found to be damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
